Your removal options
RealCaller supports requests to remove or correct personal information that may be associated with your phone number, contact-name votes, reports you submitted, or caller identity results. You can also disable community sharing in Settings and remove app permissions from Android settings.
How to request deletion
To remove a number from our database, send an email to hundredqore3@gmail.com with the phone number or account identifier involved, describe what should be removed, and include a safe way for us to respond. We may ask for verification to prevent someone else from deleting or changing information about a number they do not control.
What can be removed
You may request removal of contact-name votes tied to your installation, your submitted spam reports, optional profile records, and public display names that are inaccurate or should not be shown. Local data stored on your phone can also be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit logs, or to prevent repeated misuse. Confirmed safety reports may be reviewed before removal if they protect users from fraud, harassment, or other harm.
Timing
We aim to review removal requests promptly. Complex requests, requests involving multiple users, fraud prevention, or verification issues may take longer. Temporary contact fallback and no-name cache entries expire and are refreshed automatically after the configured period.
After removal
After a valid removal request is processed, the affected information should no longer be used for public display in the same way. Search engines, app caches, backups, and device-local records may take additional time to update or may need to be cleared separately by the user.
